3.1 We have a business plan outlining our aims and activities and a plan of how to achieve these.
3.2 Our activities and services clearly further our charitable purposes as set out in our governing document.
3.3 We conduct risk assessments for activities throughout our organisation.
3.4 We monitor the way in which we conduct our activities throughout our organisation.
3.5 We collect and analyse evaluations and feedback from all our stakeholders.
3.6 When working with others we have joint working agreements in place, with responsibilities clearly outlined.
3.7 Our Board of Trustees is actively engaged in identifying our organisation’s aims and planning activities to achieve these.
