5.1 All of our new staff and volunteers receive inductions into our organisation.
5.2 We have a Staff and Volunteer Handbook.
5.3 We have a Staff Support and Supervision Policy.
5.4 We have a Staff Appraisal Policy.
5.5 We have a Staff Training Policy.
5.6 We have a Staff Pay Grading and Pensions Policy.
5.7 Work plans are agreed for all staff members.
5.8 We have volunteer support arrangements in place.
5.9 We have regular staff meetings which are accurately recorded.
5.10 We have a Whistleblowing Policy.
5.11 We recognise the importance of staff and volunteers to our organisation.
