7.1 We have a maintenance plan for our premises with a named person responsible for this plan.
7.2 We have the correct insurances in place for our organisation’s activities.
7.3 We have a Health and Safety Policy.
7.4 We complete regular Fire Safety Audits.
7.5 We take steps to reduce our environmental impact and have an Environmental Policy.
7.6 We have our equipment regularly PAT tested.
7.7 We maintain an up to date asset register.
7.8 We have premises that meet our operational requirements now and in the foreseeable future.
7.9 We have plans in place to manage our resources to meet our organisation’s ongoing needs.
